R.I.O.T

Running Is Our Therapy. R.I.O.T Sessions are an hour long and held at Sheraton Park. No two sessions are ever the same. Every class is new, fun and exciting for all. No equipment required we train in the great outdoors and take in the scenic views. All you need to do is turn up with a bottle of water and a decent pair of running trainers. Leave all your belongings in the car or at home, as we like to get a couple of miles in at every session. Break the stress with our therapeutic R.I.O.T sessions.
